Publishing Criteria

Writing that is published on teenlit.com must meet the following criteria:
Content

The writing must be free of inappropriate language and content, as determined by the TeenLit.com staff.
The writing must be organized and present its content to meet a reader's need.

 

Mechanics

The writing must have no or very few errors in spelling, punctuation, and paragraphing.
The writing must have no or few grammatical errors.

 

Policy

Each author is allowed one posted piece of writing in each writing category (i.e.: poetry, fiction, nonfiction).
A second submission in any category will automatically replace the first.

User participation is subject to and constitutes agreement to the policies contained herein.

Those under 18 should seek the advice and consent of their parents for participating on TeenLit.com.

TeenLit.com makes every effort to protect the anonymity of its users

TeenLit.com prohibits the publishing of personal information and personal photos.

Submission to TeenLit.com constitutes permission for the submitted work to be published on TeenLit.com and accessible on the World Wide Web.

Funding

In its current state, TeenLit.com is completely funded privately by two sponsoring teacher-researchers.

TeenLit.com may be funded in the future through various grants, and, should this be the case, such changes will be noted in these policies.

TeenLit.com does not currently endorse or accept monies from any companies, public or private, in the way of advertising or any other fiscal support.

The links, products, and other content of TeenLit.com do not express or imply the endorsement of TeenLit.com or its associates.
