BRAGGING RIGHTS
TeenLit.com now boasts over 1,000 visitors per week! That's a great audience to read your published writing.
One of our teen authors was asked for permission to publish her poem on a state publication and even receive royalties after her writing was seen on TeenLit.com!
The staff of TeenLit presented the web site and teen writing at the International Reading Association in San Diego, California, this May.

PUBLISHED WRITING REORGANIZED
We've reorganized all of our published writing by month. With so many great pieces, it simply got too overwhelming to put each piece of writing on its own page. So all published pieces will go on the month's page and can easily be found by using the month's table of contents. This way we're also able to publish more than one piece per author and have our visitors easily access the most recent writing. Be sure to check out the newest month's writing regularly.

WANT TO PUBLISH MORE AND/OR AGAIN ON TEENLIT.COM?
We love our repeat visitors and we don't want them to think that once they've had a piece of writing published on TeenLit that they're done publishing their work here. So, we've modified our policies to accept one piece of writing per month per writer and, if accepted, we'll publish up to one piece of writing per month per author. So keep writing and send us your very best!

GETTING IT ALL TOGETHER
All discussions have been joined together to give us one place to read and post messages. Now the Teen Writers Discussion, Book Talk and Teachers Comments can all be found at https://teenlit.com/teendisc/
Please stop by the Discussion Board soon to read what others have posted and to post your own comments. This is always a great place to give feedback to the writers, to start conversations or ask for assistance.

CAN'T FIND YOUR WRITING?
Try using the Search page and entering the author's name and or title.

NEW LOOKS
Have you seen aliens? If you've visited TeenLit lately, you sure have. The alien look is our latest front page. We hope to change the look every few months to give some freshness and appeal. If you have strong feelings for or against anything on TeenLit.com be sure to let us know.

GOT A QUESTION?
Chances are other visitors have that same question, too. Send any comments or questions to TeenLit.com. We'll be sure to answer you, and we may post your question on a page of FAQ's, coming soon.

ATTACHMENTS
Yes, we accept attachments as submissions for writing to be published on TeenLit. Currently we accept the following file types: .doc, .wpd, .txt, .rtf, .htm, .html, .gif, and .jpg. Remember, you still must complete and submit the Submission Form and clearly indicate the file name which will be sent. All submissions and/or attachments still must be sent to editor@teenlit.com

WANTED
links, writing contests, other places for publication and cool graphics to go with your writing

COMING SOON . . . CLASS PAGES FOR TEACHERS
No, we still don't accept whole class submissions. But, because we want to support and encourage teen writers and their teachers, we're in the process of setting up a way for teachers to submit one whole page of their students or a classes best writing. This way teachers will be able to get their students published on the Web without us having to sift through for the best of numerous submissions. Thus far we think teachers should gather their very best writing and put it together in one file, preferably .html. Watch the teachers page for more news on how this will work.

COMING SOON . . . RANDOM THOUGHTS
Watch for a weekly question (more or less, depends on you) to be posed on our Discussion Board for your input. "Random Thoughts" is an idea created by one of our most active teen visitors, and we really want to get some great conversations started with this. So, when you see a Random Thought posting, read the first entry, and others if you'd like, and be sure to give your thoughts by replying.
