Volunteer Application Online!
It's time!
Just in time before school starts, and after many hours of work, the TeenLit.com volunteer application is finally online! Currently we're looking for:
If you enjoy TeenLit and think you would enjoy being on a dynamic team of dedicated volunteers, then I encourage you to apply for a position! One requirement is that all applicants must have at least 100 posts on the TeenLit.com Forums. This is so that we may learn a little about you, and you can participate in our growing community. Once you have 100 posts under your belt you'll see a new forum pop up under the announcements section. There you'll find the application and detailed information on the different positions. After you have 100 posts you may also access the information here . I look forward to reviewing your applications!

Well, I guess this is a good incentive for people to actually post. I'm going to. Maybe this place will finally be kicking come September...
Very cool.

It says that a new forum is supposed to appear under the announcments section. If that is not there, I discovered your problem. Maybe you need over a 100 posts... try posting one more. The application is ready so I would try my suggestions.

Hmm
It seems that a lot of people who wanted to apply for the positions got their 100 posts.
I haven't because I was on holiday, but I hope that everybody keeps posting no matter what they have applied for, because otherwise, we other people who want to apply will never reach our 100. |

Look what it's telling me
maressa, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. What should I do? |

To fix this problem...wait. After about 5 hours you sould see a third forum under the announcements, questions, comments, etc. forum and there you well find information on being a volunteer. Good luck.

I don't know. Maybe the system takes that long to recognize how long it takes? I think everybody has to wait that long.
