Default Advice on not giving up?

I keep having really good ideas (well, in my opinion.) but I always stop writing halfway through and end up thinking that the idea sucked. I can hardly ever force myself to keep writing. The more I try to write, the more I dislike what I;ve written. Any advice? Thanks

Sarcasm?

Okay, the thing I do is just force myself to continue, - ever read 'His Dark Materials? - their author, Phillip Pullman, always about half-way through ends up thinking that the idea was horrid, but he figures he's already started, he might as well finish.

But I always keep the stories I start, so later I look over them and I see it wasn't such a bad idea, and I start up again on it, then it can happen several times while writing a story. ;p
