I've noticed that we're not supposed to give negative feedback (which I call CONSTRUCTIVE feedback). I don't understand that. If were all good, and our stuff is so perfect, why aren't we all published? Huh? I like it when people give me bad comments about my stuff, it helps me grow. And what happened to the freedom to say what we wish? If someone wants to say my rhyming is bad and that the entire poem seemed force, I welcome that. It's like my brothers baseball games where the coaches don't keep score because they don't want anybody to feel bad about losing. I WANT people to tear my work to pieces, it actually gives me a headstart on the editting. Editting is where you read the work like you REALLY don't like the person who wrote it, and then you take the meat axe to it. If I've already got an idea of whats wrong, it helps with this process. So, if they say bad stuff about my writing, I'm fine with it, and I feel that everyone else should too.

"Do you know something, Silk," my friend said. "You'd be a much more pleasant companion if you didn't try to turn everything into a joke."
"It's a failing I have. I've looked at the world for quite a few years now and I've found that if I don't laugh, I'll probably end up crying."
