Fallen Angels by Walter Dean Meyers
Hey guys, I'm currently reading this book called Falling Angels by Walter Dean Myers in English. Its the story about this guy name Perry who tells his about fighting in the Vietnam War. It goes into graphic details about the battle and the killing of the vietnamese soldiers. It also gives you a little insight about how they dealed with life when they weren't on guard duty or fighting. The neat part about this book is that he also gives you alittle description of other people on his squad and what part they play in the book. I still have 5 chapters to go, but so far I found that this book is pretty funny yet sad at the same time. I reccomend this book for a mature audience only due to its language content. Though for those who are interested, this book is base on a true story and is actually by a veteran of the Vietnam War.
