Default Heir Apparent and Farie wars

anybody read them? I really liked both of them. lol I'm addictied to Fantasy and Science fiction. Farie wars was AWESOME! heir apparent was great if you like action packed books, I loved it. I'd describe them but I'd probably make them sound stupid so just check them out and post what you thought.

Well, I've been intriuged by Faerie wars, because I keep seeing it on the shelf and it looks pretty good. the cover reminded me of Tithe and Valiant [two books by Holly Black that I read, that I also liked very much].

I have read Heir Apparent - in it, there are full on virtual reality games; a half hour in the game room gives you a certain number of days, game time. In an ironic twist of fate a teenage girl is 'stuck' inside one of the games, and has to beat it to get out [since they can't disconnect without damaging her brain, so they think]. It's also a rather annoying game. If you die, you start over, but she has three days [in game] to become established as king.
It's entertaining. Some parts are annoying, in a certain sequence of going back to the beginning multiple times, but when you get past that bit in the middle its pretty good going. Not too stupid, but not at all literary either.
