All I need is a sheet of paper and something to write with, and then, I can turn the world upside down.
~~~Friedrich Nietzsche~~~
My library was dukedom large enough.
~~~William Shakespeare~~~

My heavens are brass my earth is iton my moon a clod of clay.
My sun a pestilaence at noon & a vapour of death in the night/
~~~William Blake~~~
In books I meed the dead as if they were alive,
in books I see what is yet to come . . .
All things decay and pass with time . . .
All fame would fall victom to oblivion
if God had not given mortal men the book to aid them.
~~~Richard de Bury~~~

The law speaks too softly to be heard in the midst of the clash of weapons.
~~~Gaius Marius~~~
There are no ordinary people.
~~~C.S. Lewis~~~

It's not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog.
~~~Mark Twain~~~
Words are the core of thought. Withous words there is no thought.
~~~Beldin~Sorceress of Darshiva~David Eddings~~~

What is life? Life is a tale told by an idiot full of sound and fury signifying nothing.
~~~William Shakespeare~~~
Some books should be tasted
some devoured,
but only a few
should be chewed and digested thoroughly.
~~~Inkheart~Cornelia Funke~~~

Everybody plays his part, and mine is a sad one.
~~~William Shakespeare~~~
True, I talk of dreams,
Which are the children of an idle brain,
Begot of nothing but vain fantasy,
Which is as thin of substance as the air.
~~~William Shakespeare~~~

I, also, am sorry that there are so many. My other Nietzsche one is in one of my mothers books. You know what . . . I should create a webpage with all of my pages (literally) of quotes then put the url in here. Aren't I smart? No, not particularly, but I like to think I am.
