I used to be really into anime during middle school. I liked Trigun, Love Hina, Tenchi Muyo, Sailor Moon (given), and oh wow, I can't even remember others. I like Chobits a lot still, the story I think is genius, but I haven't read much of it.

What I really love is the Final Fantasy series, I don't know how anime related they are though.

I love Rouroni Kenshin. I've only read up to...17? I can't remember. It's been awhile. Most recently I just read through my old Triguns, I have the first one with me.
Usually I like the manga better than the anime - first off, it's not on late at night and there are no obnoxious sound effects ;p but I like to reread things, and I love to look at the art. Trigun's art especially is really cool, but Chobits is good for the outfits [and the expressions, sometimes] ...though I don't particularly like Dragon Ball Z, the drawing is very very nice in that as well [I did, however, get enjoyment out of the first few volumes of Dragon Ball, which were quite fun]

Believe it or not I was never much into Sailor Moon.
I was a PokeGeek instead. Hah.

Oh dear, I actually spent a few dollars on Naruto manga, in the end, even though I was three volumes into the entire series, I never invested any more money into it, I guess I wasn't heavily amused by the work. Though, I think overall, I wasted more money on Sonic the Hedgehog comics than manga [though, even I know that the artwork for that series has been remained kind of low, if I tried, I could do so much better than those rushed, ill-proportioned minded snobs.]

I like manga- anime isn't as appealing to me (espcially if it's got bad english dubbing) plus i don't get any of the channels that play them. I like InuYasha, CCS, and Tsubasa the best. Other series I've tried are YuYu Hakusho and a bit of Yu-gi-oh but I didn't get into them as much.
