when I first saw it, I hated it. It was a travesty! There were a lot of things from the book that were missing/changed and that really, really bothered me. I was completely disappointed.

I think you have to watch it just as a movie, though. As a movie it's really good - I was none so happy with Professor Lupin, but still - it's worthwhile if you're not picking at the way it matches up to the books. I saw it about a month ago on tv and, thinking of it as something separate, I enjoyed it more.
