Don't Leave

I finally found the one, That makes my heart beat fast. That makes me happy day to day, And forget about the past.

Everyone else is just a memory. Yet this seems just like a dream. I could wake up any day, To see you as you leave.

I try to hold it in. To protect myself from pain. I don't want to hurt. And have tears come down like rain.

I love the way you hold me, And kiss my lips so sweet. But to you it gets annoying, So then you go retreat.

I don't know what I'm doing, Or what is going wrong. But I don't want to lose you. So I'm trying to be strong.

Maybe you just need some space, Or some time away from me. But what I need is you, That's what you don't see.

I've gone two years with no one, and suddenly you appear. You turned my life around, And made me see so clear.

So now that I have found you, And have you close to me, There's one thing left to do; Make sure you don't leave
